Maintenance Services:

• One-Time - Comprehensive or selective services available

• Re-occurring (Monthly, Bi-monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annual or Annual) Includes:
  • Replacement of burned out lamps.
  • Cleaning of all fixtures and lenses including applying a treatment that will keep the lenses cleaner longer and minimize calcification.
  • Adjustment of fixtures to provide optimal effect and to correct those fixtures that have been knocked out of position by maintenance crews.
  • Minor trimming of plant material where it interferers with the lighting.
  • Acquire necessary voltage and amperage readings as needed to monitor and maintain effective system operation.
