Q. When should we contact Night Art about our holiday lighting or decorating needs.
A. We recommend Commercial clients contact us as early as May to ensure product availability. Residential clients begin contacting us as early August to ensure availability.
Q. When do you start decorating?
A. We begin decorating in October.
Q. Will you put up the holiday lights and decorations I already have?
A. Only under certain circumstances.
Please call and speak with a representative to best determine if we can assist you.
Q. Do I have to buy the decorations?
A. 99% of our clients do purchase the decorations while 1% lease them.
Q. What are the benefits to using your service as opposed to doing it on our own?
A. We'll save you time and worry so you can attend to other holiday activites. We have access to professional grade materials and products that are not available to the retail market. Additionally we can assist you with design, storage, and maintenance.
Q. What happens if I have problems with my lights?
A. In the event you expereince a problem with your lights call us immediately so we can service them as soon as possible.
Q. When would my decorations be taken down?
A. Our take down period is between January 2nd and January 15th.
Q. Can you provide references?
A. Yes, upon your request.
Q. Does Holiday Acents' Etc. offer manufactured items?
A. No. Holiday Accents' Etc. offers products designed and made
by hand by our own design team.
Q. What are Holiday Accents' Etc. store hours?
A. Unlike standard retail stores our products are sold out of our Scottsdale Airpark office currently by appointment. Additionally products are available for purchase at arts & craft shows throughout Arizona. Please check our calendar for dates and locations. |
