Design/Build Consultation:

One-on-one meeting with property Owner and all decision makers to establish outdoor lighting expectations, wants, needs, and personal tastes.
On-site property evaluation
Discussion of lighting components and effects
Average time of meeting is 1 – 2 hours, though there is no time limit
Consultations are scheduled Monday – Friday during the day.
$75 - $150 required fee is due at meeting end. Fee is applied to final balance of completed projects.

Due to our size we tend to be booked three to eight weeks out. So that we may make the most of our time together it’s essential that you be prepared with specific questions and budget requirements before our meeting. Projects are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. Our representative will spend as much time as required to answer all of your questions and help you arrive at a decision during your first meeting. On the other hand, we don’t make call backs for procrastination or indecision. We will however meet with you at our office at a prearranged time. We ask that you be prepared with cash, check or Visa/MasterCard to retain our services and reserve a place in our schedule should you be so inclined.

Demonstrations:
