Design/Build Consultation:
- One-on-one meeting with property Owner and all decision makers to establish outdoor lighting expectations, wants, needs, and personal tastes.
- On-site property evaluation
- Discussion of lighting components and effects
- Average time of meeting is 1 – 2 hours, though there is no time limit.
- A consultation fee may apply and would be due at meeting end.
So that we may make the most of our time together it’s essential that you be prepared with specific questions and budget requirements before our meeting. Projects are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. I will spend as much time as required to answer all of your questions and help you arrive at a decision during your first meeting. I understand that some projects cannot be decided in the first meeting and may require a follow-up one. On the other hand, please respect that time is money and I don't make ongoing call backs for procrastination or indecision. To retain my services and reserve a place on the schedule a retainer is required.

- Flat fee structure includes - Initial and follow-up meeting with all decisions makers and designer; one design revision
- Hourly fee structure – Unlimited meetings and revisions with all decision makers and designer

- Burnt out lamps
- Wire faults

- Voltage issues (dim lights/excessive lamp replacement)
- Fixture replacement
- Timer/photocell/relay controls
- Fixture relocation
- Residential & Commercial
Demonstrations:
- One-on-one evening meeting with property Owner and all decision makers to demonstrate lighting design and establish client wants and needs.
- On-site property evaluation
- Discussion of lighting components and effects
- Average time of meeting is 1 ½ - 3 hours, though there is no time limit
- Demonstrations are typically scheduled Monday - Friday.
- A demonstration fee may apply.
